Premium Tier Widget/API Licensing

Introduction

License Grant

Use of JavaScript Widget

• The use of the JavaScript Widget from our CDN is exclusively for paid subscribers of Testimonial-Hub.

• You may serve the JavaScript Widget from your own server without restriction.

• The JavaScript Widget may be included as part of an npm package freely available to users.

Restrictions

• Redistribution or resale of the Premium Services as a standalone product is not permitted.

• Modification or creation of derivative works from the Premium Services is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Premium Services, including any updates, enhancements, and new features are and shall remain the property of Pragmatech Software Solutions Ltd.

Liability

Pragmatech Software Solutions Ltd provides the Premium Services on an "as is" basis and disclaims any warranties or conditions of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Premium Services.

Changes to Licensing Terms

Pragmatech Software Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify these licensing terms at any time. Your continued use of the Premium Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
